Inspired by the Upper East Side in New York City it makes a lovely gift, souvenir of a visit or would be beautiful framed in a hoop or picture frame. I think of Stuart Little coming out of his house when I look at this design : )
Embroidery is very relaxing and peaceful. it's great to take a break from screens and do something creative (of course you can do it while you watch TV too). : )
Embroidery has a long history, there are records going back thousands of years! It's fun to think you will be joining a long line of embroiderers as you start your kit.
I live in New York City and am so inspired by the beautiful scenes around me. I am excited to share my favorite spots in my designs. Look out for more designs in the coming months.
